What we collect

• Email capture: your email address when you request a guide, tool results or join a waitlist.
• Documents: quotes, contracts and budgets you send for review — held for the engagement and our record-keeping obligations.
• Analytics: privacy-respecting, aggregate page analytics without cross-site tracking or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

• To deliver the service or resource you asked for.
• To send the emails you signed up for — every one has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
• Anonymised finding figures (dollar amounts, gap types) may appear in case studies; never names, addresses or identifiable documents without permission.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting of your data, ever.
• No sharing your documents with trades, builders or third parties.
• No advertising trackers.

Storage and access

Data is stored with reputable providers, some of which may store data outside Australia. You can request a copy of what we hold about you, correction of it, or deletion of it at any time:admin@ownerbuilderhq.com.au. We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
