Proof, published honestly

Every client result this business publishes will be a documented finding — the gap, the date, the figure. We're new, so today this page holds worked examples, clearly labelled. That's the point.

The publishing rules

Documented or it doesn’t count

A result is a dated finding from a real engagement: the quote line, the gap, the dollar figure. No estimates of “value delivered”, no rounding up.

Published with permission

Results are anonymised and only published where the client agrees. If that means the public record grows slower than the real one, so be it.

Empty is the starting point

This page opens without client stories because we’d rather look new than look dishonest. Everything that appears here will trace to a documented finding.

What each service is built to catch

Illustrative scenarios drawn from how residential quotes and builds actually go wrong — labelled as examples, because that's what they are until real entries replace them.

$15k–$40k

Go/No-Go Session

What committing to design, consultants and approvals on finance that can’t carry the build burns before a slab is poured. The $240 session exists to catch exactly that, first.

$6,200

Quote Teardown

A slab quote with no pump hire, no rock clause and a piering allowance at half the going rate hides about $6,200 — the standard shape of the “cheap” quote.

$10k+

Pre-Start Review

An uncosted retaining wall, plus a slab quote assuming fill the block doesn’t have — the classic pre-start finds that dwarf the $790 fee when caught on paper instead of on site.

Essentials Package

The aim across a build: tender gaps caught, variations pushed back, allowances corrected — findings worth several times the fee, each one documented in your build file.

~10%

Build Partnership

Residential cost blowouts commonly land around 10% of contract value. The Partnership exists to review every quote, variation and drawdown decision that feeds that number — before it’s signed.

2× fair rate

Build Rescue

A mid-build variation priced at roughly double a fair rate, presented with a “sign today or we stop work” deadline — the classic moment a 90-minute triage call pays for itself.

In their words

No testimonials yet — deliberately

Plenty of new businesses launch with a wall of glowing quotes from people who don't exist. We'd rather show you an empty section. Client stories will appear here as real builds finish — named or anonymised as each client prefers, with the documented figure behind every one.

Until then, judge us the way you'd judge a quote: on what's actually in writing. The guides and free tools are the method in public — run them on your own numbers and see if they earn your trust.

Sceptical? Good — start with the smallest thing

The $290 Quote Teardown either finds gaps worth multiples of the fee, or tells you your quotes are clean and you sign with confidence. Both are wins.
